1. Establishment of the ATIV-Biodat storage infrastructure for the storage
2. Further processing of DNA-based biodiversity data
3. Creation of a flexible bioinformatics module
Your Profile:
1. Completed diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification
2. Expertise in data management and bioinformatics
3. Interest in biological contexts and data problems
4. Knowledge of biological data standards desired
5. Very good knowledge of German or English
6. High motivation to contribute to an interdisciplinary team
7. Strong team and communication skills; customer and service orientation
8. Willingness to familiarise yourself with new tasks and technologies
9. Communication with internal and external project partners
10. Independent and structured working style with a high willingness to learn
Salary:
For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.858 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
