As a leader, you are confident in working through change and collaborating with your team to inspire and guide.About the RoleReporting to the Manager: People and Organisational Development, you will partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver consistent end-to-end learning outcomes that contribute to University’s comprehensive L&D program. Leading a small team of L&D professionals, you will provide positive leadership to support the unit in evaluating training and development programs for academic and professional staff.Essential Skills and ExperienceRelevant qualifications in training and assessment, workplace training and/or instructional design and significant experience in the design, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning strategies to build collective capability.Experience in the application of training needs analysis frameworks, with the ability to identify, or design, programs to address skill gaps, introducing innovative practices for delivery and evaluation.Extensive interpersonal, communication, facilitation and consultation skills, with the ability to liaise and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.Well-developed coaching and facilitation skills.Experience project managing multiple work streams, or leading large complex projects and ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.BenefitsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
