Job Responsibilities:
* Sell beef from OSI slaughterhouses and cutting plants to the Northern European market, including customers in the foodservice sector and industry.
* Develop customer-specific strategies for contract negotiations to achieve competitive advantages.
* Acquire and support new key account customers.
* Manage payment and receivables with customers.
* Increase sales volume significantly.
* Obtain market information, available items, quantities, and price expectations.
* Report and track KPIs weekly to management.
* Lead and develop an assigned sales team for Northern Europe.
Requirements:
* Completed commercial training or food technology training.
* Desirable: master butcher training.
* Several years of experience in slaughterhouses and cutting plants is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation skills and several years of experience in beef sales are preferred.
* Excellent networking and price negotiation skills with a customer focus.
* Proven management experience.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Fluent business communication in English and another Scandinavian language.
