Transition Engineer (m/f/d) - Home office possible
You will be part of our effort to create the next generation of information and workflow solutions for our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.
Your new role:
1. Backing up a product from development to the introduction phase
2. Manage changes in a controlled manner from product design to introduction into the field
3. Acting as a communication channel between development and regional key stakeholders
4. Be part of strategic decisions when it comes to new products and functionality which have an impact on live customer sites
5. Gain experience with our product portfolio
6. Cross-integration and validation of our products
7. Management of pilot and demo sites (field testing)
8. Understand customers’ needs, derive requirements
9. Acting as a service companion in the first real life installations for regional key stakeholders; Leading the product to production
10. Establish and maintain communication channels for the regions after the last phase of product introduction
11. Transfer knowledge throughout the organization
12. Documentation from a service perspective
13. Technical workshops and trainings for regional key stakeholders (internal and external to the company)
14. Provide feedback on your project activities to accountable parties
Your qualifications:
1. A master’s, bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance
2. Previous Service Transition and Service Design knowledge of importance, but not mandatory
3. Knowledge of healthcare and medical imaging and communication standards like HL7, DICOM etc.
4. Knowledge of workflow within a hospital/clinical environment or experience within the healthcare sector is a plus
5. PACS / RIS System experience is a plus
6. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
7. Excellent training and presentation abilities
8. Fluency in English (verbal and written)
9. Good understanding of and practice with virtualization solutions
10. Good understanding of (Linux) operating systems and computer networks
11. Knowledge about containerization of applications and orchestration is an asset
12. Track record in leading complex projects in a software or high-tech field, with proven experience utilizing various project management methodologies
13. Requirements engineering preferred, but not mandatory
14. Understanding of software development processes
15. Experience with regulations applicable to medical devices preferred, but not mandatory
16. Product- or Program Management experience preferred, but not mandatory
17. Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results oriented
18. Well-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills
19. A strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environment
20. Continuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologies
21. Technical aptitude mixed with a solid clinical hospital background preferred
22. Willingness to travel and work out of hours if required.
23. Strong communication skills, troubleshooting skills and able to self-direct

The minimum salary for this position is € 50.000,-- gross per year (38.5 working hours), an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
