The Role
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager (Europe) to lead and execute our digital growth strategy in the European market. This role will be responsible for managing multiple eCommerce websites, optimising our Amazon presence, overseeing digital marketing, and leveraging data to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
This is a critical role in our international expansion, requiring deep expertise in eCommerce strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling brands across Europe, particularly in the DTC space. While the role is based at our Head Office in Burleigh Heads, Australia, we are open to remote working for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce & Website Management
* Oversee and optimise multiple European eCommerce websites, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and user experience.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, including conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing.
* Implement best practices for digital merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
* Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Amazon & Marketplace Growth
* Manage and optimise EzyDog’s Amazon presence across Europe, ensuring best-in-class product listings, A+ content, and advertising strategies.
* Develop and implement PPC advertising and SEO strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
* Develop and oversee performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, paid social, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
* Drive organic traffic and customer acquisition through SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
* Optimise digital advertising spend to maximise return on investment (ROI) and revenue growth.
Email Marketing & CRM
* Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive conversions.
* Implement automated workflows, segmentation, and personalised messaging to enhance customer engagement.
* Analyse email performance data and implement A/B testing to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Use analytics tools to track website performance, conversion rates, customer behaviour, and digital marketing effectiveness.
* Generate insights and create reporting dashboards that guide strategic decision-making.
* Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives using CRO tools to continuously improve digital performance.
* Utilise attribution tools to analyse customer journey insights and optimise marketing spend.
* Present data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of performance trends and strategic recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic eCommerce leader with a strong background in digital growth, particularly within the European market. The ideal candidate will have:
* 7+ years of experience managing and scaling eCommerce operations, including DTC websites and Amazon marketplaces.
* A deep understanding of the European eCommerce landscape, including market trends, regulations, and customer behaviour.
* Proven experience scaling new brands across Europe and driving revenue growth through digital channels.
* Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including PPC advertising, listing optimisation, A+ content, and SEO strategies.
* Strong data and analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, data visualisation tools, and CRO techniques.
* A performance-driven mindset with proven success in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing.
* Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation and segmentation.
