Are you ready to drive operational excellence through state-of-the-art Smart Operations Solutions? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Smart Operations with a focus on Data Science to contribute to our digital transformation and operational efficiency optimization.
* Lead the Smart Operations Program and Roadmap, overseeing platform management, governance, and coordination of projects/initiatives. Manage the implementation of defined smart operations solutions and standards globally, ensuring digital transformation across our plants.
* Create an analytics concept based on data science technologies for predictive, descriptive, and diagnostic analytics. Utilize real-time and long-term data for scenario building and decision-making in plant operations.
* Execute data analytics and establish solutions for teams in Manufacturing, Quality, and Operational Excellence areas.
* Analyze processes, workflows, and Industry technologies in combination with OPEX tools to develop new smart solutions and data analytics solutions. Validate and test new smart solutions, coordinating with corporate and regional experts and IT partners.
* Document, communicate, and provide training on Smart Operations Solutions and standards at corporate and regional levels. Lead implementation of Smart Operations Solutions and Operational Excellence activities in plants.
What makes you great
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in project management and agile development of Smart Operations and Data Science.
* Work experience in manufacturing or logistics is an advantage.
* Knowledge in IoT, data modeling, data science, MES, ERP, and BI systems.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally.
* Analytical mindset, creativity, and innovation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* Willingness to travel.
