This internship provides the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge Digital Design and Verification methodology, enhance your knowledge on System HW/SW co-design, HDL languages and interact with the most advanced design and verification environments offered by the EDA industry.
Additionally, you will also learn or improve your knowledge on Digital Signal Processing design and verification techniques, working in the context of NFC Modem development.
Your Responsibilities
* Preparing an implementation proposal
* Implementing requested tasks, adopting an incremental test and release approach
* Keeping the database well-versioned and documented
* Analyzing and understanding assigned tasks
* Generating documentation, where necessary
Your Profile
* Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar field
* Digital Signal Processing concepts and DSP tools knowledge (Matlab, Numpy, etc)
* Basic knowledge of Linux OS and/or bash/tcsh scripting
* Basic knowledge of Verilog or VHDL
* Centralized Version Control Systems knowledge (e.g. SVN, GIT) is advantageous
* RISC-V ISA knowledge is advantageous
* Solid English skills (speaking and writing)
* Autonomous, reliable, team-oriented and self-driven work style
* Availability for 16 hours/week

The minimum compensation for this position is EUR 17- gross/hour.
