As a Buyer Manager, you will assist in the team's success by:
* Administration tasks such as diary management, client communication, and project management.
* Arranging pre-list kits and proposals.
* Database management and booking appointments.
* Efficient management of listings and sales.
* Exceptional customer service and client management.

The Candidate:
We are looking for someone with:
* Real Estate License or currently studying Cert IV Real Estate.
* Experience in real estate (preferred).
* Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate).
* High level of customer service.
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail.
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems.
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently.
