What you'll be doing:
1. Driving continuous improvement and efficient ways of working within the team
2. Providing strategic leadership and direction within the team, including support and coaching of team members to maximise their skills and potential within the organisation
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and meet sales targets
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth
5. Provide regular updates and reports to the management on operational and sales performance, suggesting improvements where necessary
What you'll need:
1. Proven experience in senior operations and sales management with a successful track record of driving both operational efficiency and sales growth
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving efficiency and driving growth
4. A bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
