We are currently looking for Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention, development, and growth of a portfolio of key client accounts. Working closely with one of the Group Account Directors, you will ensure the delivery of a client-first service.
You will manage the day-to-day running and development of your client portfolio, focusing on maximising account potential to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term client retention.
You will support the seamless transition of new clients into the business as well as maintaining our service levels with existing clients, ensuring expectations are met and revenue targets are achieved.You will be involved in client meetings and regular reviews, taking briefs for campaigns and regularly monitoring performance and taking action to address any shortfalls. Additionally, you will support new business development, identifying and converting opportunities either independently or in collaboration with the new business team.

Your area of responsibility:
* Act as the key point of contact for your assigned clients, leading the relationship with a professional approach.
* Champion best practices in client service delivery, ensuring high standards are maintained across all touchpoints.
* Oversee client projects from enquiry through to delivery, taking a hands-on approach where necessary to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, leading negotiations and securing commercial opportunities.
* Work closely with the Group Account Director and International Sales Director to support new client wins, onboarding processes, and revenue growth initiatives.
* Drive sales and profitability within your client portfolio, leveraging the Group’s full product and service offering to unlock additional revenue opportunities.
* Collaborate effectively with internal operational teams to ensure alignment in delivering client requirements.
* Partner with the Client Services Team (CST) to implement efficient processes, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities and maintaining accurate information flow across teams.
* Stay informed on market and industry developments, sharing insights with the wider team to help shape strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.

Your background:
* Proven experience in a client services or account management role at a senior or mid-level, ideally within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of market dynamics.
* Confident and persuasive presenter, able to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
* Well-organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to balance client priorities with business objectives.
* Commercially astute with an understanding of account profitability and financial performance.
