Job Description
* Independently handle international IT requests via ticket
* Provide on-site and remote support for clients
* Support telephony (landline and mobile)
* Installation and configuration of hardware and software
* Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
* IT technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) or comparable work experience
* Ideally, knowledge of MS Active Directory and Unified Communications systems
* Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
* Strong service orientation and communication skills
* Proactive, hands-on mentality

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.000 to € 3.900.
