For the Bar & Grill restaurant, which uses mostly local products and handmade items by the culinary team, we are looking for a Sous Chef to join for the winter season from 1st December to 15/30th April.
We are looking for a quality-conscious and creative person for the coming winter season as a Sous Chef (f/m/d) with experience in fine dining.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS: Innovative, creative cuisine inspires our guests and whets their appetite for more. In a young, committed team, you will cook upscale Tyrolean cuisine with a certain internationality and lightness. Freshness, regionality, and quality are particularly important to us.
You will support the chef in all processes in the kitchen and represent the chefs de partie on their days off.
YOUR TASKS:
* Preparation, finishing, and serving of all components of a dish with the goals of highest quality in taste, appearance, product hygiene, and color.
* Coordination of orders as well as all individual stages of production.
* Consideration of the optimal condition and quantity at any time.
* Control of compliance with the specified standards, particularly regarding employees and deliveries.
* Compliance with all HACCP hygiene regulations.
* Constant inventory control.
* Participation in the design of the duty roster and menus.
Requirements
* Completed, subject-specific training and experience in a comparable position.
* Very good specialist knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking.
* Very good knowledge of German or English language.
* Cost-conscious action and flexible use.
* Motivating leadership qualities and high social skills.
* Careful handling of inventory, machines, and mechanical systems.
* Monthly gross salary according to the collective agreement, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and years of experience.
