As a member of the controlling team, you will be the point of contact for our management regarding any questions related to monthly cost reports, budgets, and forecasts. Depending on your area of responsibility, your tasks will include the preparation and analysis of monthly cost accounting, budget preparation, conducting internal audits, and creating various calculations. A completed degree in economics with a focus on finance, excellent MS Office skills, and a strong affinity for numbers are prerequisites for these tasks. Initial professional experience in comparable positions is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. Support for the investment companies in Austria and Germany in terms of business, legal, and tax matters.
2. Act as an advisor and sparring partner for executives from various business areas.
3. Be the point of contact for tax law issues and legal inquiries.
4. Support internal stakeholders regarding accounting, advising on accounting and consolidation issues.
5. Close coordination and collaboration with the commercial director.

Requirements:
1. Completed business education (university, FH) and initial professional experience ideally with an auditor or commercial education with several years of relevant experience.
2. Knowledge in the areas of accounting, balance sheet, tax law.
3. Interest in legal issues and economic understanding.
4. Good MS Excel skills and affinity for IT and numbers.
5. Willingness to travel within Austria (especially between St. Pölten and Vienna) and to Germany.
6. Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and persuasive talent.
7. Independent working style, conceptual and economic thinking.

Additional Information: We offer you a high degree of flexibility through flextime and home office options.
The remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement for the food and beverage industry and amounts to at least €3,500 gross per month based on an all-in employment. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay more.
