Your Tasks
* Supporting colleagues in the claims team with the creation/payment of claims
* Preparation of analyses (claims overviews, profitability calculations, etc.)
* Settlement / coordination of claims
* Transfer of fee notes and the like
* Various general back-office activities to relieve colleagues
* Ensuring that customer and claims data is up-to-date and accurate in internal systems
* Preparation and updating of presentations and reports for internal meetings and external partners
* Good with numbers and not afraid to work in several IT systems
* Motivation and initiative
* Strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in German; knowledge of English and an Eastern European language would be an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary of EUR 3.000,00 gross on the basis of full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled in our subsidiary, Vienna International Underwriters.
