Responsibilities: Manage the People & Culture department at Greiner Packaging, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Lead and further develop People & Culture teams at various global locations Act as a key member of the divisional management team, providing strategic People & Culture expertise to meet business needs Take responsibility for implementing the global HR strategy and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes at international sites Contribute to developing initiatives within the framework of the defined global HR strategy Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion Collaborate closely with the Greiner Group holding company, Greiner Packaging’s executive management, and People & Culture Directors from other divisions Cultivate a positive corporate culture that supports innovation, employee engagement, and retention Requirements: A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field Extensive leadership experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international industrial environment; experience working abroad is a strong asset A proven track record in developing, optimizing, and implementing HR strategies, processes, and concepts In-depth knowledge of labor law and state-of-the-art HR practices Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative, persuasive, and forward-thinking approach Excellent proficiency in English and good proficiency in German You can expect a modern work environment with a high degree of creative freedom.
