Your Role:
As a Junior Sales Manager at Alge-Timing, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our sales strategy. You will drive business success by building strong customer relationships and identifying new growth opportunities. You will work closely with the sales management team and other departments to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
* Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening existing relationships.
* Present Alge-Timing products and services to clients and at events.
* Analyze market and customer needs to create tailored solutions.
* Support the preparation of offers, negotiations, and deal closures.
* Work with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
Your Profile:
* Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related fields.
* Initial experience in sales, ideally in B2B or technology sectors.
* Strong passion for sales and client engagement.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and structured approach to work.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
