In cooperation with the Responsible Investments department, Fixed Income also offers sustainably managed products.As a Fund Manager - Fixed Income Credits, you will handle substantive investment responsibilities and enhance the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our investment strategy. You will analyze fixed income markets and issuers as a part of an international team and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute investment strategies within the guidelines of the investment processManage and monitor fund positions and risk analytics compared to benchmarks and targetsContribute to the analysis of the eminent world of fixed income markets and issuersParticipate in and enhance the investment process, models, and toolsSupport SRI colleagues in the issuer engagement policyTrade fixed income and foreign exchange instrumentsPrepare and update reports for pitch documents and other internal and external publicationsWork on assigned projectsPresent your own fund/performance and our ESG approach in front of customers and big audiencesRequirements3 to 5 years of relevant experience in asset managementEnthusiastic about capital markets and fixed incomeThinking outside the box coupled with street smartness and a wondering beginner’s mind-setHigh analytical capability and strong attention to detailFluent in German and English (German minimum B1, aiming to reach C1 within two years)Beneficial, but OptionalUniversity degree with a focus in economics, business administration, business law, accounting, finance, mathematics, physics or life sciencesUnderstanding of ESG principles and a mindset that aligns with these principles.
