* 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity(tm) tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer satisfaction for the allocated customer base by proactively implementing measures to adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and cost efficiency
* Oversee market trends and economic factors while processing customer orders, ensuring optimal outcomes through careful consideration of financial aspects
* Handle quotations, calculations, and technical complaints, as well as independently conduct negotiations to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
* Continuously track the status of customer orders, identifying process deviations and generating solutions to ensure alignment with target agreements
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and partner companies within interdisciplinary project teams while driving continuous improvement throughout the entire supply chain

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (SD)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
* Capable of independent, goal-oriented work with strong negotiation skills, complemented by a collaborative team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to travel
