MAKE YOUR MARK Communication & Project Management Expert (f/m/d How You'll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this role are: You'll independently manage work packages within various projects This involves understanding the wider business impacts of projects and change and create impactful communication for these In this role you'll create, maintain and manage processes for our procurement teams You'll act as the first point of contact for various governance topics for internal stakeholders You'll provide communication support across the department, ensuring consistency in messages, tone, timing, and channels You'll create content (posts, memos, reports, presentations) for different internal stakeholders You'll support the development and optimisation of internal communication processes and structures In addition, you'll assist with organising and supporting Senior Management meetings Your Profile The requirements of the role include: You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of Communication, Business Administration, Management or similar You have relevant work experience in the field of Communication, Administration or Project Management You are experienced handling computer programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
