We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering & Construction team, specialising in commercial construction recruitment. This dual desk has a strong focus on temporary placements with well-established client relationships and plenty of room to grow.
You'll recruit for a mix of Tier 1, Tier 2, and smaller commercial construction businesses, giving you the freedom to develop new business opportunities while leveraging our existing partnerships. You’ll work closely with professionals such as Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Administrators, and Builders, connecting them with major construction projects.
This is a fast-moving, high-demand sector with strong earning potential and the opportunity to build a high-performing desk in a market with consistent demand for skilled talent.

What are we looking for?
* Agency experience is a must, temp recruitment experience highly regarded, ideally in civil or commercial construction, trades, or engineering
* Strong client and candidate relationship management skills
* A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* The ability to manage national recruitment campaigns and high-value roles
