What’s the gig?
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll keep the venue running smoothly, from wowing our customers to inspiring a hardworking, fun-loving team.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Maintain high standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
3. Oversee inventory and stock management.
4. Ensure health & safety standards are met.
5. Train, develop, and motivate your team.
6. Assist in managing KPIs like Labour and COGs.
Who we’re looking for:
1. Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus!).
2. A people person who loves to bring out the best in their team.
3. Proactive, organised, and solution-focused.
4. Someone who keeps the vibes positive and the energy high!
