Risk Manager (f/m/x)
Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Challenges you conquer:
* Lead the risk management activities for a medical device in development by MedAustron
* System and risk analysis for the intended use of a medical device (top level, system level, component level)
* System and risk analysis for industrial hazards (HAZOP)
* Safety for medical devices and industrial systems (risk-based safety architecture)
* Medical software risk management
* Cybersecurity for medical devices (risk-based security architecture)
* Transferred risks to other medical
A background that impresses:
* Completed technical university studies
* Basic technical knowledge
* Understanding of medical device risk management according to ISO 14971
* Knowledge and understanding of safety standards (e.g. IEC 60601-1, EN 60204-1)
* Experience with medical device development according to ISO 13485 and medical software life cycle according to IEC 62304 is an advantage
* Good written and verbal communication in English language
* Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
* Proactiveness and ability to work in a team

For the advertised position we offer a gross annual salary from € 46,781 (on a full-time basis) based on the classification in use group 4 of the collective agreement for white-collar workers in the metal industry, with the possibility of overpayment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
