In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Red Bull’s Quick Commerce strategy across our international partners (E.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Delivery Hero). Your primary focus will be to coordinate the execution of our global partnerships within our top 25 markets.
By collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will lead Red Bull’s perfect mobile store execution on both key grocery and restaurant delivery partners. You will strategize and plan retail media campaigns across our global partners. Additionally, you will set up data sharing reports to track the results of our global campaigns.
You will leverage these shopper insights to upscale Red Bull’s Quick Commerce strategy with the overarching target of leading the Energy Drink category in this fast-growing segment.

1. As an International eCommerce Activation Specialist, you will be a key stakeholder in Red Bull’s eCommerce global vision and strategy. You will play an active role in building Red Bull global digital sales capabilities. You will develop innovative and out-of-the box solutions to support local markets in addressing their local challenges.
2. You will be the main point of contact for our global Quick Commerce partners. With the support of the global eCommerce manager, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets with our global key account partners. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new partnerships with emerging platforms.
3. You will collaborate with international and local market stakeholders across Marketing (Brand and Advertising), On Premise sales, Category and Trade Marketing. You will identify and lead workstreams to deliver unique solutions that solve business challenges.
4. You will work closely with brand marketing, category management and trade marketing to create best-in class mobile optimized content and drive In-App implementation. You will provide guidance and hands-on support to win search and maximize Red Bull’s exposure on Quick Commerce apps.
5. You will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and managing our global performance marketing activities. You will set-up data reporting, in collaboration with our global Quick Commerce partners, with the objective of upscaling our in-app retail media performance towards conversion.
6. Minimum 3 years working with global brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market-leading eCommerce players, across sales and marketing
7. eCommerce background is highly favoured
8. Experience in performance marketing, media buying, and selling with a proven track record of developing activation plans that drive conversions
9. Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
10. Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
11. Ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
12. Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams
13. Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work independently
