About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organised Head of Studio / Client Coordinator with a strong marketing and customer service background to join our team. If you’re full of fresh ideas, are a born leader, passionate about marketing, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you!
You'll be the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth communication, project coordination, and top-quality execution. Confidence in leading a team, bringing new ideas to the table, and maintaining high standards of client service is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and approve artwork to maintain brand consistency for both our company and the client.
2. Conduct quality checks on all artwork to maintain high creative standards.
3. Lead morning meetings and weekly planning sessions with your team of five (designers, an editor/copywriter, and social media coordinator).
4. Structure and organise workflow for optimal productivity.
5. Brainstorm and implement new concepts, ideas, and strategies.
6. Conduct 12-week team check-ins to assess satisfaction, support needs, role improvement, and performance progress.
7. Coordinate with printing companies and manage production requirements.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
9. Work closely with designers to manage project timelines and deadlines.
10. Collect content from clients and ensure all deliverables align with their specifications and our style guide.
11. Schedule EDM campaigns (Vision6, Mailchimp) and manage newsletters/blogs on WIX.
Your Skills & Experience
1. Strong project management and organisational skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritise tasks.
3. Excellent verbal & written communication for client interaction.
4. High attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (EDM, CMS, social media platforms).
6. A confident and natural leader with the ability to guide and support the team efficiently.
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creativity.
Preferred but Not Essential
* Experience in graphic design (Adobe; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva).
* Knowledge of printing processes & digital asset management.
* Background in print or experience with ebooks.
Software Experience (Highly Beneficial)
* Vision6 or Mailchimp.
* Wix & WordPress.
* HubSpot.
* Canva & Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
