Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Coordinator will be metrics driven and goals-oriented, joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver and display innovative and exclusive products to increase company sales and revenue.
Please note this role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
Your Role:
Product Loading and Display:
* Load new custom packages for the website
* Ensure website is merchandised effectively to outline product features, inclusions, savings and value
* Maintain agent booking guides and communications for all loaded packages and specials
* In conjunction with the Head of Product, suppliers, internal and external business units, plan and execute effective promotional campaigns
* Delivery of product for campaign activity in a timely manner including copy proofing, availability, accessibility and process flow checks
* Work with the product and marketing team to ensure accurate product content is provided and executed across channels including eDM, digital and press
Promotional Allocations and Groups:
* Maintain agent groups and select sailings register
* Communicate groups and select sailings with agents including how to book guides
* Provide monthly sales reports and tracking on groups and select sailing revenue
Product Planning and Development:
* Assist external and internal teams with product queries
* Attend industry functions and events where applicable
* Monitor competitor and industry activity and developments
* All other duties as reasonably required by management
Network engagement and support:
* Ensure agent booking guides, airfare guides and any other tools are maintained
* Assist agents with any cruise product or package related queries
* Ownership of agent and support escalations, working with key supplier and internal stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes for the agent and business
* Deliver weekly product update for agents
* Work with head of product and head of operations to identify and solve any skills or trainings gaps
Who you are:
* At least 3 years' experience in a product or supply role within the travel industry
* Knowledge within the Travel Industry and in Product Support
* Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPIs in the cruise / travel sector
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* You have exceptional attention to detail, are good at problem solving and work well under pressure
* You are ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
