The Opportunity
Reporting to the Social Media & Content Manager, the Content Producer - AFLW & VFL/W will be responsible for the creation of content for Collingwood's AFLW and VFL/W social media accounts and other digital platforms. The role involves working directly with AFLW & VFL/W players to produce innovative, regular, and high impact content, while additionally supporting the development of strategic content during AFLW / VFL/W match days and club events.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and commercial solutions while actively engaging with and identifying emerging trends, updates, and developments. The successful candidate will be somebody who can produce such content while generating high fan and member engagement.
About You
To be successful as the Content Producer - AFLW & VFL/W role, you will have:
* Expertise in the latest digital trends and social media platforms.
* Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Experience in content creation and distribution across digital channels.
* Experience using CMS platforms.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high-quality output while collaborating with others.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and game days, and uphold professional conduct, ethics and confidentiality.
