What will your day look like? As an expert in your field, you will support small to medium businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and act as a trusted advisor to many during their time of need.
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Conduct virtual and face-to-face employee meetings covering a range of ER matters such as disciplinaries, performance reviews, grievances, misconduct, terminations and redundancies.
2. Conduct seminars and other marketing opportunities in a professional manner.
3. Ad-hoc travel across the state as required, servicing our diverse client base.
Your story so far:
The perfect fit for this role will have:
1. Prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
2. A strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.
3. A degree in HR or equivalent (Industrial Relations, Law etc.).
4. As this opportunity involves travel, you will hold a current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
