Job Title: Sales Engineer
We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team at Armacell. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our external sales team with project calculations, communicating directly with customers to discuss project specifics, providing remote sales support for technical inquiries, and offering technical training to customers as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Calculate project specifications based on customer requirements.
* Visit customers to discuss technical project details.
* Provide remote technical support to customers.
* Conduct technical training for customers and internal employees.
* Support sales teams with technical inquiries and special product requests.
* Assist the sales support and order desk team with customer requests.
* Collaborate with Marketing on technical specifications and content.
* Participate in exhibitions and other marketing activities.
Requirements
* Degree in engineering, HTL or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 5 years in a technical role within a sales organization.
* Ideally experienced in district heating and insulation sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to explain technical details to non-experts.
* Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented and enjoys working on complex calculations.
* Experience working with diverse cultures.
* Preferably familiar with SAP ERP systems and specific calculation software.
* Willingness and ability to travel across Europe to visit customers.
