Role Summary:
DevelopmentWA is seeking passionate individuals to join our Operations Division as Assistant Development Managers on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation shaping the future of Western Australia.
In this role, you will support Senior Development Managers and Development Managers to deliver land development and property projects that align with project and business objectives. You will assist in the assembly and delivery of these projects, contributing to the development of diverse and impactful land and property solutions.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Project administration, including report writing, obtaining approvals, and conducting due diligence.
* Coordinate consultants, marketing, and community/stakeholder engagement to ensure project alignment and success.
* Monitor project budgets, income, and expenditure, providing analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
* Contribute to the development of project schedules, cash flow forecasting, and issue resolution.
* Procure goods and services and administer payments and purchase orders in line with established procedures.
About you:
* Some experience or knowledge of project management, land development, or residential built form projects.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Developed negotiation and financial management skills (desirable).
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, Property, or a related field (desirable).
* Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable.
