Job Description
* Define a holistic annual category strategy across key commercial dimensions
* Work with respective Country/Cluster Head to tie category strategy into the broader country
* Collaborate with key central teams/ departments (e.g., VM, Marketing, CRM) to influence strategies
* Continuously analyze main business KPIs across Sales/Category/Customer/Product dimensions and plan correcting actions.
* Recommends adjustments and exceptions of local prices on brand/product level
* Create a full-year promo plan accounting for category dynamics and relevancy, and align actions with central promotion team
* Actively monitor campaign/ promo performance and track budget spend vs. local plan.
* Run topical/brand/product promotions on short notice depending on business need.
* Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for product sorting in PLP and search results
* Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for Up-selling and Cross-selling through the product recommendation boxes
* Collaboration with Graphics and Shop OPS teams for category-related banners.
* Provide inputs for a continuous QA process to Shop Operations and signs-off (if needed) any adjustment in the category content.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar FMCG / e-Commerce environment, ideally within pet sector
* Strong commercial and technical skills, with deep understanding of the different core business functions and how they work together
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the proven ability to influence at all business levels
* Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements
* Proficiency in English and Native level of Czech Language
* Hard working, with a hands-on, results-focused approach
* High analytical and numerical competency
The gross annual salary for this position (38.5 hours/week) is a minimum 44,450 EUR. Depending on your qualification and experience, we are willing to overpay
