Structurer Corporate Clients (f/m/x)
We are seeking a highly motivated Structurer with a focus on corporate clients to join our innovative Data & Solutions team within the Capital Markets division. In this exciting role, you will be supporting the team in developing tailor-made solutions to help corporate clients effectively hedge interest rate and foreign exchange risk. Your role at RBI
1. Develop and structure fixed income and foreign exchange (FX) financial products.
2. Analyze market trends, economic data, and corporate balance sheets to create tailored solutions.
3. Design and implement hedging strategies for interest rate and currency risks.
4. Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
6. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on structured products and market developments.
7. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and integrate market insights into product development.
Your core competencies
1. Master’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
2. In-depth knowledge of fixed income and FX markets.
3. Comprehensive understanding of balance sheets, especially IFRS 9 and hedge accounting.
4. Extensive knowledge of various financing instruments, including bank loans, promissory loan notes, and bonds.
5. Solid grasp of derivatives (IR and FX) such as swaps, cross-currency swaps, caps & floors, FX forwards, FX swaps, and options.
6. Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
