This role is for a natural relationship builder and passionate seller, someone who knows their way around a sales target and thrives in new business acquisition.

About the role
Reporting to our General Manager and supported by our National Education team, your focus will be to:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, clinics, and hotels.
2. Drive new account acquisition across QLD and NZ.
3. Strategically grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
4. Deliver product training and retail sales coaching.
5. Analyse the market, identify trends, and shape growth strategies.
What we’re looking for
Experience in a similar sales role, ideally in the beauty, hair or wellness space.
A love for new business, cold calling, and growing a territory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation and strong organisational skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
