To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg) we are looking for a:n Head of Corp. Internal Audit & Investigations (f/m/d). You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Internal Audit & Investigations team and report to our Vice President Corp. GRC | Group Accounting & Taxes.
Your responsibilities
* Strategic development of the Internal Audit division incl. further development of methodology / processes
* Disciplinary responsibility / management of the Internal Audit team (incl. cost center responsibility)
* Project management for special audit topics with high priority or complexity, ensuring the monitoring process & monitoring audit measures
* Operational handling from planning to reporting of internal audit projects as well as handling of special investigations on integrity line reports
* Completed university education in business administration or comparable subjects, professional training program such as MBA, auditor, tax consultant, etc. an advantage
* Relevant professional experience in internal audit, forensic investigations, accounting / controlling or in a Big 4 company
* Leadership experience and good project management skills
* High level of personal integrity and authentic behavior; discretion and appropriate handling of sensitive issues as well as accuracy, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and good communication skills
* Fluent in English and German; additional language skills an advantage
* Willingness to travel (project-related < 30%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 65.432,36based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
