IN A NUTSHELL
In this role, you'll sit at the nexus of three critical areas of business:
1. Defining RedBull voice, tonality and editorial strategy across Owned Channels: Web and Apps.
2. Researching and commissioning unique, premium written editorial content that differentiates our Owned platforms and supports our brand objectives.
3. Connecting with country teams and stakeholders to consult on their Owned editorial efforts and ensuring the global quality and strategy is being reflected in each market.
ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS
Each day brings the opportunity to shape premium editorial content for a diverse global English audience. Your expertise in planning, commissioning, and delivering captivating stories will support and celebrate RedBull's global athletes, events, and media projects. To support this, and our other commissioning needs, you'll also be the main point of contact for a team of external editors that provide written content for RedBull.com.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* 3+ years of experience in digital media or editorial positions, preferably at an international media company.
* Experience commissioning content, working within large editorial teams and in developing audiences for an online property through content creation.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to adeptly collaborate with cross-functional departments and project teams globally.
* An understanding of organic, front-end SEO and writing based on SEO best practices, and of editorial analytics and performance metrics.
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, and French are a plus.
* University degree or equivalent work experience.
* Team-player and self-starter mentality with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage external stakeholders.
Travel 0-10%.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
