In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.
Role Overview:
Serve as an Ambassador of the brand, supporting the Store Manager in ensuring team effectiveness, profitability, and productivity. Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop the team, ensuring top performance and customer satisfaction.
* Enhance clienteling activities and build a strong local client network.
* Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring high standards of service.
* Oversee store operations, including inventory management and policy implementation.
Requirements of the Assistant Store Manager:
* 10+ years in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
* 5+ years in a managerial role.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
* Excellent communication and networking skills.
* Fluent in English and German
