Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Automotive Sensor product portfolio including product roadmap.
2. Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications and product requirements for Automotive Sensors.
3. Define new Automotive Sensor products, e.g., for rain sensing and ambient light sensing.
4. Manage portfolio during the complete product lifecycle, including initiation of new product development, product changes, and discontinuations.
5. Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Successfully completed studies (Master) in electrical engineering, physics, or comparable.
2. Several years of relevant professional experience in product management, product marketing, or in a similar function.
3. Good social and intercultural competencies.
4. Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers.
5. Hands-on mentality.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
7. Professional working proficiency in English and German.
8. Willingness to travel ~ 15%.
