We are expanding our team in Graz and are looking for an Inside Sales / Account Manager (m/f/d) in full-time.

Your Responsibilities
1. As an important member of our sales team, you are not an "old school" clerk but an expert in line with our NTS "Relax, We Care" spirit.
2. From the second decimal to the highest order value of your career, you coordinate customer inquiries, create offers, and enjoy order processing.
3. In partnership with our manufacturers and suppliers, you are responsible for procurement, bringing diverse products and solutions to the customer.
4. As a liaison between departments, you think solution-oriented and act as a communicator and advisor on equal terms with your colleagues.
5. In your professional career, you master internal and external tools step by step, supported by the NTS team on your personal development path.
Your Profile
1. Professional experience in sales or active customer care and/or a completed commercial or technical training.
2. Strong numerical understanding and very good commercial knowledge.
3. Service orientation, quality awareness, and excellent self-organization.
4. Attention to detail with a broad perspective.
5. Solution-oriented teamwork and proactive assumption of responsibility.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

8. The gross annual salary for the advertised position starts at EUR 39,000. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary is possible.
