Senior Marketing Manager, Cross-Border FBA Services
Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics and Apparel to Consumables and beyond. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries.
Post Brexit, there were a number of changes to the way Amazon and its inventory operated across the new UK-EU customs border. To enable seamless movement of inventory for sellers across this new customs border (hence preserving selection for customers), the Amazon Customs Clearance and Shipping Services was created in 2021. This program will enable thousands of sellers move over $1B worth of inventory annually with minimal effort by 2027. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving adoption and loyalty (repeat usage) for this program. You will partner with multiple global business teams (UK/EU) across functions (Product, Legal, Sales/Account Management) to enable sellers to scale in a sustainable manner.
In this central role, you will have end-to-end strategic ownership on marketing (via multiple channels) to drive initiatives that drive higher inventory movement cross-border (driving both new seller adoption and increasing usage for existing sellers). You will be responsible for creating processes, mechanisms and materials that are scalable and replicable with minimum effort. You will be responsible for creating market segmentation, product entitlement, yearly forecast and driving adoption targets for the cross-regional sales team. You will also be responsible for creating marketing assets and executing channel strategy for the product.
