As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Information Technology Change Manager to join our team and lead our change management initiatives on a 6 Month contract with a competitive daily rate.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Information Technology Change Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of technology changes within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of organisational change management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to build consensus and drive alignment around change initiatives.
* Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new technologies and processes, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices, and provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the change lifecycle.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in change management, preferably within the IT industry.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Solid understanding of organisational change management principles and methodologies.
* Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
* Experience working with enterprise-level IT systems and technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
