What to expect in the role
As a Manager, you will lead a team that works directly with clients to deliver impactful results. In this role, you can expect to lead teams and oversee projects that:
* Identify changes in people, processes, and technology to support effective strategy execution
* Restructure operations in response to major market shifts
* Enhance critical processes for improved efficiency
* Plan and prepare the client’s workforce for the future
You will gain a deep understanding of the client’s strategy and the operational challenges impeding success, and work collaboratively to develop contemporary, tailored solutions. Once agreed, you may provide hands-on support to our clients, guiding them through successful implementation.
To succeed, you’ll leverage a core consulting skillset that includes strategic thinking, analysis, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building. You’ll also apply strong project management skills to deliver results and mentor your team to achieve their best.

About you

We are after people with:
* Relevant tertiary degree
* 5+ years of work experience in consulting
* 2+ years leading consulting projects

* Highly developed communication and presentation skills
* Adaptable and flexible approach
