The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Your Tasks:
* Planning, execution, and coordination of the entire banquet operation
* Coordination and ensuring a smooth service process in our banquet area
* Acting in a creative and innovative manner to define and implement operational strategies in consultation with our Director of F&B
* Design a unique banquet experience with multifunctional buffet systems and live cooking stations
* Close cooperation with our Catering & Event Sales and Culinary Department to ensure a smooth running of events
* Management of advanced technology and hi-tech AV equipment
* Leadership and employee responsibility, including coordination of Subsidies if required
* Taking care of guests, handling complaints, as well as analysis and evaluation of guest feedback
Requirements:
* A sound training in the upscale hotel industry
* Professional experience in the food & beverage sector and as a supervisor
* An independent and self-responsible way of working
* Organizational and planning skills
* Friendliness, teamwork, and flexibility
* Professional appearance and behavior
* Very good knowledge of German and English, additional foreign languages are advantageous
