Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze data to spot trends, enhance employee experience, drive retention and performance improvements, and provide strategic HR guidance to support daily operations and big-picture business decisions.

Your Profile:
We seek a motivated, self-driven individual with:
* A degree in business administration or HR.
* Proven HR expertise with generalist experience.
* Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law.
* Experience leading change initiatives and talent management.
* An interest in new work models and employment trends.
* IT literacy with experience in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
