INNIO is seeking an Intern Backoffice (m/f/d) for the Field Service Support team for the region of Austria and the global Field Service Team with daily tasks to ensure the administrative processing.
This internship is available from August 2025 at the earliest.

Your Responsibilities:
* Admin Support for expenses report in Concur
* Control and audit expense reports for field service technicians
* Control of hours submitted in our system MyPlant in regards to Austrian labor time regulations
* Entry of hours, corrections etc. in our system Interflex
* Manual entry of working hours as per the Field service reports
* Administration support for the Vienna office (Uvex Simple System, office and storage etc.)
Your Profile:
* Commercial and/or Technical education, or first relevant appropriate professional experience
* Commercial training or technical qualification
* Project experience desirable
* Very good IT knowledge
* Very good communication skills
* Strong team player mentality and organizational talent
* Very good analytical skills and structured approach
* Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
The internship is to be filled as soon as possible for 6 months with a possible extension to 12 months. The basic salary for this position is based on the statutory minimum salary of EUR 2.645,68 gross per month in Austria.
