**Global Service Team Enhancement**
PALFINGER, a leading global technology and engineering company, seeks an E-Commerce Specialist - Global Service to strengthen its digital aftersales channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Optimize E-Commerce operations in coordination with the global service team.
* Serve as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders to drive technical evolution and integrate new solutions seamlessly.
* Analyze requirements and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver an exceptional user experience.
* Manage and enhance the E-Commerce shop, ensuring smooth functionality and supporting the implementation of new features.
* Lead strategic initiatives to boost performance and sales through targeted technical optimizations and innovation.
About You:
* You hold a completed education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable) with a digital focus on e-business.
* You have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B / B2C E-Commerce.
* Industry know-how in the field of technical spare parts or digital tools is beneficial.
* You possess knowledge of administrative web shop systems handling.
* You are willing to learn and open to understanding business processes and products.
* You exhibit distinct analytical skills and a structured way of working with high awareness of quality and responsibility.
