Technician (d/f/m) - temporary for 2 years

Please note that this is a temporary position limited to 2 years.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform and document scientific experiments/GMP testing/plant activities under supervision
2. Work according to appropriate standards as defined in Quality Manual, SOPs, ethical, health, safety, environment (HSE), and information security (ISEC) guidelines
3. Provide documentation of raw data, evaluate results for routinely applied methods or procedures.
4. Write basic lab procedures based on templates under supervision
5. Recognize, communicate and provide input to the solution of problems (e.g. deviations and unexpected results from experiments); address and solve simple problems within own assigned area of responsibility.
6. Manage operational aspects in lab
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. Apprenticeship in industry (or equivalent technical education) or equivalent
2. Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
3. Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment
4. Good practical knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools
5. Adequate knowledge of software and computer tools
In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 46.305 /year (on a full-time basis).
In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
