Responsibilities
* Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirements.
* Creation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets).
* Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by Corporate.
* Accompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partners.
* Perform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees.
* Prepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendor.
* Ensure compliance with labor law in the processes.
* Cost center responsible for HR.
* Provide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate).
* Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues.
* Creation of HR relevant guidelines.
* First contact for Works Council (including negotiations).
Your Profile
* University degree with specialization in human resources management.
* 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Enforcement.
* People-oriented thinking and acting.
* Willingness to deal with constant change, flexibility.
* Knowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting.
* HR related IT-Systems.

For this position, we offer a salary of at least € 4.800 gross/month. Overpayment depending on qualifications and work experience. Classification according to KV Gewerbe, Handwerk und Dienstleistung, Angestellte - category V.
