Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the team, overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality.
* Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
* Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage.
* Communicate effectively with guests and staff in English; German is an advantage (language courses offered).
* Plan and coordinate events, working closely with hotel management to support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events).
Qualifications
* At least 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management or other relevant managerial experience.
* Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
* Self-assured, focused, and motivated individual with a drive and the will to continuously improve.
