You will join our dedicated Education & Learning Team as part of the Customer Excellence department for our Lighting Brands, focused on delivering impactful Educational events to our internal and external audiences in our Light forum in Dornbirn and digital events too. With its lighting brands Zumtobel and Thorn, and its component brand Tridonic, the Group offers its customers around the world a comprehensive portfolio of products and services. Located in the beautiful Dornbirn, Austria, the Education & Learning Team consists of a diverse group of Learning experts, who closely collaborate with their colleagues, partners and other subject matter experts to collectively deliver educational content and experiences in multiple formats.
We are at an exciting stage, re-imagining the future of Education & Learning in our global Lighting organization. This fascinating intern role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate who is looking for a purposeful position.
Your Job
In this desirable position, you will assist in the project management of our face to face and digital learning offering through a learner-oriented approach.
1. You will assist in managing projects for both in-person and digital learning offerings with a learner-focused approach.
2. You will support the team in the LIVE broadcast and recording of highly engaging learning modules for a global audience.
3. You will help with the administration, tracking, and uploading of materials into the learning management system.
4. You will assist in planning and coordinating learning experiences for internal employees at the light forum Dornbirn.
5. You will support the team in the bar and organizational team at the light forum.
Your profile Are you a highly organized individual, have great interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment ? If you have a passion for organization, the detail & sharing in success, then we are looking for you!

7. You have a passion for organization, attention to detail, and enjoy sharing in success.
8. You have an interest or qualification in event management, hotel, or catering management (though this is not essential).
9. You have ideally gained some relevant professional experience.
10. You have sales and marketing skills to promote events and attract interest.
11. You have strong administrative and IT skills.
12. You use your excellent communication skills in German and English to collaborate productively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 2.431,37 p.m. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
