EDRMS & Workflow Change Manager / Analyst
The Company
Our client's primary role is to coordinate and accelerate housing for all South Australians. They work across-government and industry to drive a concentrated and coordinated effort to accelerate planning and development pathways, invest in essential infrastructure such as water and wastewater, completed government funded or led housing developments, and remove impediments to private sector construction. They also have a specific focus on policy to assist the industry with the viable delivery of homes.
The Role
Work as the primary resource in a small team alongside part-time PM and Records Management Specialist (+ vendor resources) to effect a staggered rollout and adoption of Objective Nexus (cloud) EDRMS to discrete, diverse business units.
Key responsibilities include:
* Stakeholder engagement and communication
* Relevant metric design and tracking
* Training facilitation / operational confidence building before and after rollout (noting actual RM system administration to be undertaken by the RM Specialist)
* Documentation of relevant business processes and matching to standard platform functionality (which may include limited-to-moderate process reengineering)
* Determination of record migration requirements, and significantly assist with any mapping/transition implementation efforts
* Collaboration with wider IT team members to align RM transition with broader Digital Transformation / strategic service model changes
* Design, document, and implement specific workflow patterns consistent with architectural strategy and business needs, to help manage information flow and task prioritisation for critical processes - especially those related to intra and inter agency correspondence / approvals.
You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Senior experience across a combination of Business Analyst / Change Manager roles
* Familiarity and confidence with general records management systems and concepts
* Experience delivering successful change projects involving workflow automation / efficiency technology
* Great communication and collaboration skills
* Hands-on focus and willingness to be the primary output producer for the project
* Ability to thrive in circumstances of change fatigue and resistance, and with limited structural guidance
Ultimately, you will provide successive end user cohorts with genuine EDRMS technological capability (the ability to be RM compliant, without disproportionate administrative burden; plus functional and efficient mechanisms to manage [organise and retrieve] their information within/between available systems). Success involves observing and operationalising a net increase in actual compliant behaviours/processes in areas meaningful to the associated overall risk profile for this domain.
Benefits
* Professional development opportunities and wellbeing programs
* Commitment to being an employer of choice
* Flexible working arrangements
