Your tasks:
* Actively identifying potential clients in collaboration with the Business Development Manager within the warehouse and logistics market.
* Focusing on large distributors, omnichannel and e-commerce retailers, and manufacturers.
* Utilizing clear market segmentation to identify and engage relevant customers.
* Working closely with the marketing team to develop creative brand positioning, case studies, and lead generation strategies.
* Understanding customer needs and developing customized warehouse automation solutions.
* Collaborating with the technical sales team to design solutions including conveyors, robotics, automated packaging systems, and software solutions.
* Developing and implementing market expansion strategies for Eastern Europe.
* Building new business relationships and maintaining existing partnerships.
* Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
* In-depth knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, market trends, and competitors.
* Ability to excite customers with technical solutions and demonstrate value-added benefits.
* Maintaining a structured sales pipeline using the CRM system.
* Systematically tracking and qualifying leads to efficiently manage sales opportunities.
* Managing the entire sales process up to contract signing.
Your profile:
* Proven success in selling complex warehouse automation solutions.
* Strong technical understanding of warehouse and distribution center processes.
* Communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in market expansion and customer acquisition, particularly in Eastern Europe.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and market observation.
